Iana's super power as a travel advisor is driven by her enormous heart and her admirable capacity for empathy. Her ability to see how travel fits into the bigger picture of your daily life is what makes our long-term travel planning approach possible. She has always prided herself on being candid, forthright and compassionate when it comes to her role as a travel advisor and strives to build trusting relationships with both clients and travel industry partners. Always on the lookout for a special experience or personal touch for her clients, Iana strives to make each client of Willow Creek Travel feel valued and important. She loves thinking creatively about how to curate every experience in an itinerary so it appeals to each traveler's interest and travel style. Universal appeal and cookie cutters do not exist in her travel advising toolbox. Iana began working in travel eight years ago as an intern for Jessica. Together, they developed their own unique way of designing itineraries, managing travel details, and building client relationships. What began as a temporary summer job blossomed into a fruitful career and a truly fulfilling business partnership and personal friendship. Iana loves exploring the world with her husband, Erik, and their two sons, Emmett and Lionel. As a book lover and a foodie, Iana likes to include as many bookstores, cheese shops, and martini bars as possible into her personal travel itineraries.
